**Position**: Full-Time/Part Time
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers and operations? We are looking for a reliable and efficient **Admin / Accountant** to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring the smooth management of financial records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
- **Accounting**: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, and maintain accurate records.
- **Data Entry & Reconciliation**: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting systems, and assist with bank reconciliations.
- **Reporting**: Prepare basic financial reports, balance sheets, and assist with budget preparation.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all financial and administrative records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
