**About the role**

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support the Director/s within the Client Services divisions. Reporting to the Executive Assistant - Client Services, this is a key support role requiring discretion, initiative, and strong organisational skills.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience working within the health and/or community sector
- Be able to provide high-level confidential administrative support to the Directors.
- Ability to prioritise and determine workload priorities
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and work independently and unsupervised
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in an evolving organisation
- Display a strong team ethic and a willingness to provide and receive support where required
- Possess well developed communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to manage diaries, travel, and meeting logistics
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant experience in providing high level support to a Senior Manager, preferably in a similar role in health, disability and/or community services industry
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while providing administrative support to the Directors
- Ability to work with broad supervision, and to identify priorities to meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional documents, correspondence, and summarise information.
- Ability to communicate with influence and work collaboratively to resolve complex issues
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives, government, and community leaders.
- Highly developed Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and confidence in using digital tools for scheduling, project tracking, and reporting
