**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will lead and manage the development and delivery of complex projects in collaboration with project teams and key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of program and organisational objectives.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Lead the design, development, establishment, and delivery of workforce enablement transformation projects to deliver measurable uplift in workforce capacity, capability, and culture.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage program and sub-project implementation, including resources and governance, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards, and in line with the appropriate contemporary and fit-for-purpose project management methodology.
- Develop and implement strategies and tools for continuously monitoring and evaluating programs, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation project impact, and quality measures, to identify and address issues and assess project progress and overall effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging issues and present recommendations to support delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, objectives, and other priorities.
- Manage the development and delivery of workforce enablement and transition projects in compliance with organisational processes and procedures, including managing tactical change and risks within the project life cycle for allocated schemes.
- Monitor and report on the status of progress towards meeting project delivery milestones, identifying potential obstacles to achievement and solution options to avert or mitigate associated issues,
- Ensure the provision of detailed scheduled and ad hoc reports on issues including the status of the project budget and forecast cash flows/milestones etc, measured against forecasted and approved project budget, project delivery costs, resourcing requirements, and slippage.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualification or experience in the field of Human Resources, project, and change management is desirable and advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in working in a large, complex organisation on change and/or workforce transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing L&D strategies is required.
