**The Company**

Our client is a leading company in the construction industry, seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Sydney team.

**The Role**

Described as a true HR Business Partner role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Provide support and advise in the areas of performances management, recruitment (selection), L&D and employee relations matters.
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding policies, procedures and employee relations.
- Support leadership teams in managing and building their high performing teams.
- Lead/participate in EA negotiations (aligned with 3 unions).
- Take ownership of all ER/IR related issues.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years' HR Business Partner experience or 4+ years' experience if no HR experience.
- Strong HR Generalist (union management and EA negotiation desirable).
- Proven performance management/coaching experience.
- Ability to stand your ground.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong HR experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
