Our client is a global market leader in the industrial sector, who is currently building a new L&D function for their Australian business.

This specific role will be a role focusing on the operations and ongoing programs for the Early Careers and Emerging Talent, as well as broader L&D programs focusing on the development across the enterprise. You will have a focus to revamp, continually optimise and design new programs whilst managing early careers and talent cycles, such as graduate programs, apprenticeship, and internship programs.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be designing new modules, and entire career pathway development programs and working on performance management and talent management initiatives. You will also be building digital learning and working on a range of broader learning and training initiatives, including raising the functionality and usage of the existing LMS.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience with early careers and emerging talent in large organisations;
- Strong expertise as an L&D/OD/HR experience, ideally within blue collar;
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment to put frameworks and initiatives in place, using your design and delivery experience;
- Exposure to facilitating and managing early-level career programs, such as Graduate Programs, Internships, etc or other Early Leader programs is highly desirable;
- Multinational/global experience, or an interest in working across various countries within your remit;
- Proven track record of influencing at the most senior levels of an organisation;
- Knowledge and experience in talent management at early-career level program development;
- Degree or post-graduate qualifications is essential.
