**THE POSITION**
The HR Business Partner works in a supportive HR team and is hands-on in providing end-to-end generalist support to their Client group with the support of a dedicated HR Advisor.

This will look like ER/IR support, partnering with key stakeholders around HR projects, strategy, training & development, and HR cyclical events.

Given the nature of the business, there is a fair bit of activity in the ER & IR space, but you do have the resources of a dedicated ER Business Partner to help free up your time to work with your key stakeholders around building capability, engagement and drive HR strategic projects.

This is a people-focused position, strong partnering skills and the ability to forge solid trustworthy relationships are fundamental to the success of this position. You are looking for more autonomy, hands-on partnering, and the ability to make a difference. You need to be resilient, empathetic, and enjoy being hands on both operationally and strategically.

This position will suit an experienced HR Business Partner who isn’t getting the autonomy, Partnering, ER/ IR, and Project exposure they would like. OR a Senior HR Advisor with solid generalist experience including end to end ER/IR/PM who is responsible for their own stakeholders and ready to step up.
