Are you looking for a market-leading, stable, steadily growing, top-tier corporate, that includes learning and development & talent management as their key areas for continued success? There is a significant focus, and budget in this commercial enterprise in the continued investment into both culture, ERS, EVP, and also the raising of the capability across the organisation.

This L&D Consultant role will be pivotal in maintaining this high standard, high-performing, highly engaged, and strong learning community across all areas of corporate workplace learning and professional development.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Talent Management, working within the broader HR team, supported by an L&D coordinator you will be working on a portfolio of initiatives and L&D projects, consulting with senior stakeholders, and ensuring solutions across the business for all learning and professional programs, including leadership development.

All design, delivery, and operational training will be outsourced, so this is a true strategic business partnering and program lead position, with an expectation to provide advice, troubleshoot, and consult on all L&D matters directly with the business, whilst managing all external vendors.

**Competencies and Requirements**:

- Strong expertise and credibility in leading, consulting, and advising on a diverse range of learning and professional development, within commercial, top-tier, and corporate workplaces;
- Experience with sophisticated learning programs, such as leadership development, organisational cultural change, etc.
- Proven track record of advising, challenging, and influencing across all levels, including senior executives in an organisation;
- Degree qualifications are essential
