Client Service Coordinator role job based in Hobart working with a Financial Services Firm

**Your new company**
Based in the Hobart, this Financial Services firm offer both Accounting, Taxation and Financial Planning services to a wide range of clients with the aim to remain a business with a personal touch and also depth of experience and talent. They are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time or part time basis, they are flexible for the right person.

**Your new role**
As the Client Service Coordinator your core duties will be providing support to the Director and you’ll be responsible for;
- Client administration activities including on-boarding and implementation.
- Administering client documentation and acting as the contact point between the client and the ATO when required
- Assisting in managing the coordination of workflow in the office, handling client enquiries, administering client documents
- Providing administrative and executive support to the accounting team
- Assisting in answering incoming phone calls into the business.
- Assisting the team with preparation of client billing.
- Maintaining of company records and electronic lodgements with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
- General all round office assistance as required, data entry, filing, scanning etc
