We are looking for someone that loves variety, displays initiative, and has a people centric approach to join our Hobart office as a Client Services Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis.

**What will your typical week look like?**

You will provide support and complete administrative tasks, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.

The Structure & Risk Process Coordinator role works closely alongside the Team Manager and Partner, providing practical assistance with client restructures, administration duties, database management and being the main communication point for internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses; preparing client service agreements, invoicing and WIP Management
- Support the team to implement strategies for clients, including business rollovers, register new entities, complete ASIC forms, ATO registrations, PPSR & List property searches, meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on behalf of clients as required
- Support the team with system administration and data entry
- Diary management, report collation, and document compilation
- Manage task list (workflow) for the team, including distribution and tracking of tasks, manage deadlines, conduct weekly workflow meetings and report to Managers.
- Ensure all team documentation and systems are maintained to a high standard in line with compliance requirements
- Lead special projects as required

**Let’s talk about you**
- Ideally 2-5 years' experience in a high-level administration position
- Competency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Words and Excel
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- A proactive attitude toward problem solving, learning and developing in your role
- A genuine team player, with a friendly, helpful and constructive attitude
