It’s exciting times for our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Admin and Advisory division and we are looking to add a bright new addition to our Client Services team in Hobart
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to team members including Partners, Managers, Accountants and the Client Services Admin team in the provision and delivery of all services to our clients.
As an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative, your positive attitude will be your point of difference. No two days will be the same in this role so a flexible mindset with the ability to pivot priorities will be a very valuable asset. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you interact with and provide assistance to all people across the business. Relationships with other team members and external stakeholders are critical to ensuring role effectiveness and the relationships built will feel very rewarding.
**What will your typical week look like?**
- Liaising with internal and external parties on behalf of clients and staff as required;
- Workflow updates for the SMSF team, including reports for inclusion in work papers as requested by accountants;
- Arranging for Tax Returns, IAS’s and BAS’s to be lodged and recording lodgements;
- Collating financial accounts and tax returns and compile annual reports and bind financial statements;
- Supporting the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry.

**Let's talk about you**
You are someone with
- Relevant experience in Administration and/or Client Services, experience in an accounting practice would prove beneficial, but not essential to your success
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- A positive attitude and the willingness to learn with exceptional written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
