The Practice Manager role will involve managing all areas of the business with the goal of driving patient care The role will require a hands-on approach including the ability to assist chairside, complete front office tasks and steri when required to assist the team. Practice hours Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities will include: Staff Management including rosters, recruitment, performance management and training. Financial Management including reporting, analysis, interpretation and management of budgets and performance goals. Patient Management will include ensuring patient care and satisfaction. Ensuring the practice always meets compliance requirements. Emphasising the company ethos to assist in promoting best dental health practices as well the growth of the practice as a whole. **Requirements**: Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and exceptional problem-solving skills regulations, and policies A Cert IV in Practice Management and/or a relevant qualification Dental Assisting and Dental Reception experience is essential COVID vaccination Immediate commencement is available PRM123 - Job Classification- Jobs Classification -> Management and Administration -> Practice / Clinic Manager- Job Location (Area or Region)- Job Location ( Area or Region ) -> Australia -> NSW -> Sydney- Job Type- Job Type -> Permanent- Business Type- Recruitment Agency- Job Title- Practice Manager- Salary / Pay Details- $80-$110 per hour
