This mid-size multidisciplinary architecture practice is seeking an experienced practice manager to join their Sydney office. Having built on their strong reputation, this practice has gone from strength to strength, and with the expansion, are now requiring support with their operation functions.

Predominately focusing on project coordination, you will be supporting the Sydney director, and associates with resourcing, timeline tracking and allocations. Ideally you will have a solid understanding of Development applications and construction certifications. A willingness to help across all aspects of practice management will be required

In return for your expertise, you will be joining a cohesive, dedicated team, that will allow you the autonomy to work independently but with the support network around you. You will be offered the opportunity to occasionally travel to their other interstate studio.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting Director and Associates with project coordination (resourcing, timeline and budget management, allocation of team members).
  • Reviewing and ensuring all relevant documentation is compliant and in order.
  • Consistently updating workflow max and project excel sheet.
  • Helping with the overarching operational duties of the practice (facilities management,

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years as studio/practice manager or project coordinator in the architecture industry
  • Ability to manage time accordingly to review and track a multitude of projects.
  • Ideally have experience reviewing compliance documents.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to help with all operational elements.
