**About the Position**:
About Smiles Circular Quay is currently searching for a Full Time Practice Manager / Patient Concierge to join our team. This will be a dual role where you are heavily involved with guiding the patient through the treatment process as well as Practice Manager duties.

We are a brand new modern practice right in the heart of the Sydney CBD with state of the art technology. This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to take the next step up in your career, as on the job training and support will be provided.

**At it's core, this role is about**:

- Delivering exceptional patient care - guiding the patient through the process, talking them through payment plan options and ensuring the patient has that "wow" experience
- Supporting the practitioners ensuring schedule is efficiently managed to maximize their productivity
- Being engaged with the systems and processes in the practice
- Day to day running of the practice
