**Practice Manager – Smile On Clinics (Sydney Based Role)

We're now seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting practice growth.


The Role

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing leadership and support to our dental and administrative teams.

You'll ensure our patients receive outstanding care while maintaining a smooth, efficient, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the clinical and reception teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including appointment scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
  • Oversee practice compliance, WHS, infection control, and accreditation requirements
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, KPI targets, and business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with the broader Smile On Clinics leadership team to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience in dental, medical, or allied health practice management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of dental operations, compliance, and patient service
  • Confident using dental software systems (D4W, Core Practice, or similar)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-site organisation
  • Commitment to professional integrity, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
