**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include:
- Adopt a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including but not limited to LinkedIn Proactive Sourcing, Seek Talent Search, leveraging talent pools and talent pipelines, referral networks, and many more
- Partnering with line managers and other internal customers, educating to ensure that the talent acquisition process is known, respected and utilised.
- Compilation, analysis and communication of data for the purpose or reporting and diagnoses of talent acquisition challenges and opportunities

**What do I need?**
- Great recruitment experience from either an internal TA role in a large organisation or an Agency environment, with a focus on hiring technology, digital and data talent.
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments across a range of skillsets, from junior through to mid-level management roles
- Proven I.T conceptual ability; able to use databases in support of the recruitment process; identify, refine, and automate processes via technology wherever possible.
