Due to a period of growth, this consulting firm, specialising in providing psychological and rehabilitation services, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the overall recruitment process, ensuring that recruitment best practice is followed.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Managing the end to end recruitment process including posting advertisements, phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing, references, background checks, and coordinating offers.
- Sourcing for hard to fill roles through proactive headhunting, creative ways of sourcing and creating market strategies for niche positions.
- Providing coaching and support to hiring managers, ensuring processes are followed, providing market insights and general recruitment advice.
- Process improvement including updating templates, streamlining processes, reviewing PDs, and interview guides.

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;
- Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, whether it be in internal or agency recruitment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management is advantageous.
- Experience recruiting within the clinical space is preferred.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence as required.
- Ability to work at pace, with a resilient and tenacious attitude.
- Strong level of attention to detail and time management.
