**About the Company**

Our client is a professional body and not-for-profit organisation that provides education and services for professional development for individuals in a particular profession. They are continuing to grow and offer a fantastic in-house culture, and so they are looking for a Talent Partner to join their HR team of 7.

**About the Role**

**Duties**

Some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Develop employer branding initiatives and campaigns to amplify their EVP and brand, ensuring appealing advertisements that promote quality talent attraction.
- Facilitate and elevate quality of recruitment processes and services, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and successfully on boarding new starters.
- Ensure ongoing improvement of reporting tools, provide relevant talent market insights and develop KPI's to support decision making and strategies.
- Collaborate with team and business partners to elevate the quality of hiring, ensuring success profiles are current, conduct salary benchmarking and market research, improving recruitment documentation, correspondence and templates.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, leading, coaching and supporting managers
- Previous experience developing effective talent attraction strategies - **2 years minimum**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and consult with senior leaders on talent attraction and selection decisions
