Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader of APAC, you are responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activities for your strategic business units across Australia and New Zealand.

Through leadership in innovation and sustainability, our client helps customers in a variety of markets including industrial, transportation, consumer products, construction, and aftermarkets.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for partnering closely with the hiring managers to understand the business and resourcing needs and support them in their hiring efforts through the end-to-end talent acquisition model.
You will utilise a variety of sourcing channels and approaches to find and attract talent to support the business. Your key focus is on finding the very best talent to help grow the company whilst being collaborative and building relationships with key stakeholders.
**About you**
You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive Talent Acquisition Leader with experience in an in-house talent team or agency background. You will be comfortable working on blue
- and white-collar vacancies.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment for the business
- Conducting the job brief, creating job adverts, conducting behavioural interviewing to running the offer process for all applicants
- Liaising and partnering with the Hiring Managers regarding the recruitment process
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Ensuring the recruitment activities are aligned with diversity, inclusion, and internal talent development strategies
- Conducting offers negotiation and preparing employment agreements
- Ensuring all onboarding compliance is being adhered to
- Working closely with the Human Resource Team
- Undertake adhoc duties and tasks as directed by Talent Acquisition Manager
**This is a varied role that will suit individuals who enjoy new challenges. To succeed in this position, you will need to have proven success in Talent Acquisition and be able to commit to working in a fast paced, changing environment.**
**About You**:
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition including Agency recruitment
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge
- Volume recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience with strategic sourcing and talent pipelining methods
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
