**The Opportunity**:
Due to an exciting period of transformation and growth, we have a new opportunity available within our growing National Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager and joining our dynamic and supportive team of Talent Acquisition Partners, you will partner with our business source exceptional talent for GB as well as the opportunity to engage in a range of special projects and proactive sourcing.
These are exceptional opportunities for experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professionals to grow and expand their skills in strategic sourcing, continuous improvement and EVP initiatives.
As a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to our growing business, you will play a pivotal role in business partnering, promoting GB’s employee brand, and contributing to wider People and Culture initiatives. The role will see you servicing our thriving Victorian Workers Compensation function.
**In this role, you will**:
- Proactively partner with key stakeholders to develop strong rapport and a deep understanding of your customer group’s region and portfolio;
- Act as a thought leader with stakeholders across recruitment best practice and market knowledge;
- Create innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent to Gallagher Bassett, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal promotion initiatives, and other advertising;
- Share market insights and intel with the business, contributing to broader People and Culture initiatives for the organisation;
- Coordinate and promote assessment centres for bulk recruitment projects.
We are seeking exceptional people to join our team, who will have:
- Substantial experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment or talent sourcing role. Exposure to the insurance or financial services sectors would be highly regarded, however if not, the right attitude is paramount;
- A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment and attraction process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
- Highly-developed communication and presentation skills;
- Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms;
- A strong sense of team, and hunger to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
