This is a permanent full-time position based in our Melbourne office - Hybrid work optional

**In this role, you'll get to**
- Identifying and implementing improvements to our current talent acquisition practices to ensure they are best practice and fit for purpose;
- Researching and up-skilling our leaders in new and emerging talent sourcing and acquisition practices
- Identifying and implementing a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract talent for our current and future needs;
- Increasing our talent pipeline for current and future openings by engaging with your stakeholders about their upcoming needs;
- Using external market and talent competitor insight to drive and influence our talent mapping, sourcing and acquisition practices; and
- Actively participating and contributing as a member of the P&C Team and the broader OneDigital, offering strategic and pragmatic input from a people and culture perspective.

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Strong business acumen and understanding
- Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills at all levels
- A track record of implementing best practice talent acquisition processes and methodologies.
- Passionate about people; building and nurturing relationships and aligning great talent with exciting opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to ensure we effectively present the opportunity that is on offer.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
