**Duties Include**
- Coordinate the lifecycle maintenance of the Council's IT systems including related system upgrades, development enhancements, user acceptance testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with the business to review and improve processes.
- Assist in the development of user manuals to support the effective use of Council's IT Applications including appropriate processes and procedures.
**Skills & Experience**
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases, Querying, Stored, Backup and Restore procedures.
