**About the Role**

The Community Hubs team facilitates both venue hire and the delivery of programs and events across a broad network of community spaces, offering social connection, cultural interactions and learning opportunities to our community. We are seeking casual Centre Support Officers who are passionate about delivering these offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and community members.
- Organise the set-up of hubs and rooms for meetings and functions, in accordance with booking specifications.
- Manage the administration of space bookings for venue hire, along with other general office and clerical assistance as required.
- Coordinate the provision of facility maintenance, contractor management and site inductions to ensure a safe environment for both community and staff.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relatable experience in positions encompassing venue management, administration, and hospitality.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and client focus, with problem-solving experience.
- Understanding and respect for customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, with varied physical and mental abilities, or special needs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and reassess work schedules, depending on changing booking and venue needs. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
- Awareness and experience following and responding to workplace OH&S guidelines.
