**About the Role**
This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide face to face customer service and support to our community, responding to customer enquiries, issuing and returning library items and assisting with technology enquiries. A demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and digital literacy is an advantage.

**Skills & Experience**
- A friendly, interactive and enthusiastic style with customers
- Proficient at using and helping others to use digital devices.
- The ability to deal with and resolve conflict and negotiate acceptable outcomes within the scope of policy and procedures
- Customer service experience in a library, hospitality or retail environment an advantage.
