**About the Role**
- Provide senior administrative, systems support and the preparation of reportsfor the efficient and professional operation of the Building Services Unit
- Assist in the development and support of individual team members with the guidance of the Building Services Lead
- Manage payments and invoices for the Building Services Unit, including a credit card for use across the City Development
- Work with the Building Services Lead to establish a Building Unit that will be considered a model within Local Government and which constantly strives for continuous improvement and is a high-performing team with a strong culture of collaboration and service excellence

**Skills & Experience**
- Substantial administrative, organisational and customer services skills and experience
- High level computer of proficiency with experience in finance systems and making payments being highly valued.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in a local government building or compliance unit or related public sector area will be highly regarded.
