**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists to join a high-performing team responsible for the smooth administrative operation of Council’s Local Laws, School Crossing Supervisors, Animal Management, Parking, and Planning Investigations areas.
The successful applicant will have good organisational skills with a high commitment to customer resolution.
- Provide high-quality customer service to members of the public, clients and internal stakeholders
**Skills & Experience**
- Well-developed administrative, operational and organisational skills
- Well-developed customer service skills and ability to provide excellence customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a team based environment, co-operating with others to achieve Council goals
- An understanding of the goals of the Civic Compliance Unit and the implications of relationships internal and external to Council
- Capacity to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
