**Key accountabilities**
- Assist with the on boarding and induction processes.
- Actively contribute to building our talent community developing our talent pipeline through unique talent pools across various roles and regions.
- Support with recruitment projects as required.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks.
- Provide general support to broader People Experience Operations team when required.

**Knowledge and experience**
- You will be an enthusiastic and confident, self-starter who possesses strong communication and people skills.
- Able to confidently work independently.
- Highly organised.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition / People Experience.
