We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to progress your career into a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role with Dexus. The opportunity:

You will be joining a truly collaborative, innovative team - delivering forward thinking recruitment strategies. Providing you with a fantastic opportunity to progress your career further by developing your recruitment skills into Talent Acquisition. As well as a genuine learning opportunity, the role will be varied and fast paced, giving you exposure across the business units, including: Finance, Office, Retail, Industrial, Development and People & Culture. No day would be the same, but we envisage this role would be coordinating assessments days and graduate recruitment activities, assisting with coordinating interviews – liaising with a number of stakeholders, managing our reference process via our external partner Xref, reviewing and screening candidate applications for a range of role types and assisting with candidate and hiring manager surveys.

About you:

In order to be successful in this role, ideally you would have at least 6 months in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role with preferably a degree in Human Resources or similar. You will be excited by the challenge to be a key part of a collaborate team, ability to manage multiple priorities, desire to progress your career into Talent Acquisition and want to thrive in a fast paced and high performing environment.
