The role

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12-month fixed term contract), you'll be at the centre of our recruitment activity — providing essential administrative and coordination support that keeps processes running smoothly. From managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and overseeing pre-employment checks, to maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Alongside the administration, this role also offers the chance to take on recruitment responsibilities — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating and managing the recruitment of core operational and support roles. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners, building your capability across the full recruitment lifecycle while helping GPT attract and retain top talent.

This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation and detail, but who also wants to grow their recruitment skills and contribute to building an engaged, diverse workforce across GPT.

What you will be doing

  • Managing recruitment administration, including posting jobs, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and preparing interview guides and documentation.
  • Coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre-employment checks to ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey.
  • Supporting the sourcing and screening of candidates for operational and support roles, including conducting initial phone interviews and maintaining talent pools.
  • Assisting TA Partners with end-to-end recruitment delivery for core roles across the business.
  • Preparing recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Contributing to broader TA initiatives and process enhancements.

What makes you stand out

You'll have experience in recruitment administration or coordination, with an understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Organised and detail-focused, you're confident managing multiple priorities and ensuring compliance across pre-employment checks and documentation.

Known for your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you can partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, you're committed to creating a positive recruitment experience and supporting the delivery of great outcomes for the business.
