**Location: Sydney**Full-Time 12-month contract | Hybrid Work Options Available**

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a recent business or human resources graduate to be trained in all facets of talent acquisition.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Support talent acquisition activities, including advertising, direct hire recruitment processes, recruitment marketing activities and any other administrations tasks to support the recruitment team
- Proactively sourcing and creating talent pipeline via various channels and activities i.e. database search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK PTS, employee referrals, marketing campaigns, specialist job boards
- Working collaboratively with the recruitment team and wider HR/OD team to deliver on any HR and/or Talent related projects
- Onboarding by overseeing pre-employment checks and documentation.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to a dynamic TA team.

Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support roles
