Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Fine Jewellery

Sydney CBD Office - Hybrid

We are currently seeking an adaptable, positive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our International client's rapidly expanding Fine Jewellery business to support Recruitment and Human Resources activities Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager of ANZ, you will provide valuable support across all aspects of the recruitment process, as well as gaining exposure and experience in HR processes and responsibilities.

Skills you will need:

● Strong organisational and time management skills.

● High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

● Collaborative and team-focused approach.

● Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

What you will bring:

● 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or agency resourcing role (retail background is desirable).

● Familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, and recruitment processes.

● Basic understanding of HR processes and employment legislation is desirable.
