Job Description

Are you an organised, initiative-driven administrative professional looking for a high-impact role in Talent Acquisition?

This is your chance to join Nine on a max-term contract as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be essential in supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners and Advisors, ensuring our recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your core focus will be to drive critical administrative and system processes that guarantee a flawless experience for candidates and our hiring leaders. You will own the end-to-end coordination: expertly scheduling interviews, managing job postings, handling system updates, orchestrating recruitment campaigns, and generating vital reports to keep our talent function operating at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you will:

  • Oversee the job requisition process, including accurate data entry and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interviews, phone screens, and assessments, while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proactively identify where the Talent Acquisition team needs assistance and take initiative to support the team with job postings, recruitment campaigns, training, and other key initiatives.
  • Prepare recruitment reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) and audit pre-employment checks.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and contribute to talent strategies.
  • Act as a system Super User to assist with technical queries and ensure the smooth operation of recruitment tools.
  • Manage or assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for specific roles on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated administrative or coordination experience, ideally within a People & Culture environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is highly advantageous.
  • Stellar organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong reporting capabilities, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
