The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations. From managing candidate pipelines to coordinating interviews and enhancing the candidate experience, you'll be an essential partner in helping Decode attract top-tier talent across a variety of roles — from site-based positions to head office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and departments
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update the ATS (e.g. Manatal, JobAdder, or similar)
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent sourcing strategies
  • Generate reports and metrics to support recruitment analytics
  • Assist with onboarding activities and administrative HR support as needed

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for recruitment and building great teams
