**The Opportunity** We are currently looking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator (Receptionist)/Team Assistant (Administrator) in our Melbourne office on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis. Joining as a Client Service Coordinator (Receptionist) you'll competently and confidently represent the firm as Front of House staff, answering reception phones as required, and meeting and greeting visitors and clients. In addition, to offer variety in the role, you will also provide general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Melbourne office. Core hours for this role are 9.30am - 6.00pm. Development within the role will be supported by the Operations Manager.
