**States College Australia **is a Registered Training Organisation that provides training and assessment services for local and international students. We are currently seeking expression of interest from well qualified and experienced individuals
to work as Receptionist and Admin Officer. The role will suite
individuals with extensive knowledge of VET Quality framework, AVETMISS and SRTOs.

Work location will be in Melbourne Campus on Bourke Street.

**Duties**

Duties of a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant can vary:

- General office duties as required such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. ensuring smooth everyday operations.
- Assist with CEO and Director’s diary management and Maintenance of student records in the student management information software.
- Administering and monitoring the use of the attendance system and ensuring that the attendance records are maintained continuously and accessible for the purposes of reporting to statutory body.
- Filing and updating student academic and administration files.
- Assisting planning, managing and organising registration and induction for new students.
- Liaise with education consultants on a daily basis.

**Key Selection criteria**:

- Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional skills in documentation reviews, computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, management and organisational skills, time management,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak another language will be an advantage as the role requires effective communication with international students and education consultants around the globe.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $43,740.68 - $71,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Melbourne, Vic 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
