Fordham is a specialist chartered accounting firm within Perpetual. Fordham has acted for private business, their owners and their families. We help our business owner clients understand and manage their business, build and protect their wealth, and plan and structure their lives. We’ve been earning the trust from our clients for 130 plus years, some over four generations and we work with many different client groups such as, business owners, high net wealth families, Managed Investment Trusts (MITs), special purpose vehicles and investor groups.
About the role
To support the Partners and leaders in fee collections and query management.
Key tasks:
- End to end credit control for the Fordham business,
- Banking, receipting and processing of payments into accounting system for Fordham,
- Ensure collection of accounts in accordance with engagement terms,
- Reporting on collection arrangements outside engagement terms,
- Facilitate the fee queries processes including analyzing the issue and actively pursuing resolutions whilst maintaining a positive client experience. Monitoring and liaising with business leaders, including reporting on queries,
- Administration of the accounts receivable reporting process: timely reporting to users and clients on a monthly basis of accounts receivable summary data,
- Monthly statements, reminder letters and follow up in line with agreed policy and procedures,
- Review and reconciliation of client accounts where required,
- Administration of the debtors process in accordance with the business procedures.
- Assist with maintenance of Fordham Finance policies & procedures,
- Assist with month end tasks as required,
- Support with other Perpetual Wealth Management collections as required.
To be considered for this role your experience could include:
- 3+ Years in similar role
- Professional services experience preferred
