**About the Role**:
The Tender Coordinator will drive the successful coordination and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) and tender processes within the pre-contracts/ new business area. You will proactively coordinate deliverables with key stakeholders to maximise the development of customised innovative bids.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage end to end coordination and production of EOI’s, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery
- Provide submissions coordination and in house graphic design support for EOI’s and Tenders
- Track and follow up approvals for ‘Gates’ in Salesforce in line with tender governance requirements
- Liaise with Executive Support team to book Senior Management reviews for tenders as early as possible for Tenders
- Create draft presentations for Senior Management Reviews and circulate to bid team
- Lead the development of best practice submission guidelines and protocols within the bid team

**What we are looking for;**:

- Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing, Graphic Design or related
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design or related highly regarded
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Experience coordinating the production of compliant Expressions of Interest and Tender submissions within a construction environment
- Experience in communications, publications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination and management
