About your role:

Step into an exciting role at Unita as a Contracts Administrator, where you'll manage procurement and project administration from tender acceptance to project completion. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, supporting the delivery of high-end, cutting-edge fit-out projects across Queensland.

What your days will look like:

On any day, you could be negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing project finances, and overseeing claims, variations, and EOTs. From tender to completion, you'll keep projects on track, coordinate permits, ensure timely administration, and keep the Project Manager in the loop. Every project you work on will be fun, be supported and make an impactful difference from day

What you will bring to the role:

Join us and bring your 1-2 years+ of experience in Contract Administration or Project Coordination, preferably within the construction fit-out industry. We value your strong attention to detail and ability to engage diverse audiences with concise, articulate, and impactful communication methods.
