These roles are based in the TA team which form part of the Workforce and design team sitting in the P&C function. We are currently recruiting Talent Acquisition Partners to commence in January to ensure continued success of the centralisation of recruitment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Recruitment experience in a volume or fluid environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities
- Strong desire to learn from peers and improve skills
- Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
