- Based in South Melbourne - some travel required
- Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 + Superannuation

Due to a period of substantial growth, this early education provider is seeking it's first Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for establishing new and innovative Talent Acquisition processes, seeking to attract and retain top talent across the business.

Reporting into the company director, you will:

- Work across the full TA process, everything from writing position descriptions, posting job advertisements, proactively sourcing, interviewing and managing the background checks and offer process.
- Guide and coach leaders on how best to interview to attract the right talent. You will sit in on interviews and may be required to travel to different sites for interviewing purposes.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Previous experience of working within a senior TA role, ideally within the education sector.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.

This is a truly great role for someone who is looking to own a TA function, you will have the ability to work across a number of exciting projects. This can include working to improve EVP, implementing a new and fit for purpose ATS, as well as creating a streamlined recruitment process.
