**About the role**
As the Field Sales Manager, your role is pivotal in driving and ensuring first class execution of client plans with the Sales and Merchandising teams across Victoria. Therefore, your role will largely focus on coaching & training, driving sales and managing key relationships with Regional / Zone / Area Managers for major retailers.
We are ideally looking for a Collaborative Leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas.
You will work with a highly dynamic team and receive a competitive
**$90K total salary package** (inclusive of superannuation and car allowance).

**Primary responsibilities**:
- Implement sales and execution plans with field team to drive growth
- Lead the team to search for competitor activity and analysis on a weekly basis
- Provide concise weekly & monthly field activity communication reporting including but not limited to state compliance reports, channel reports, competitor reports
- Team coaching and development; lead a team of Sales Executives to be sales and relationship focused, using effective communication and motivational strategies
- Build presentations and present to key internal and external stakeholders
- Budget management
Access to a car and a current driver’s licence is required.
**To be considered for the role you must have**:
- Previous experience in a people/team management role in either Retail or Field Marketing
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to communicate, present and influence
