We are looking for an energetic, self motivated person, with FMCG experience to join our team in Melbourne.

The Role

The role will include maintaining and developing professional relationships with an existing portfolio of customers, as well as optimizing sales and promotional opportunities across Melbourne and Greater Melbourne suburbs.

Some of the key tasks involved in the position include regular visits to the stores, planning and presentation of business solutions to the customer, and assisting the customers to maximize ranging opportunities and assist with shelf management.

This is a full time field sales position. Your time will be spent on the road and may also involve travel within regional Victoria.

This position will require you to work in conjunction with our Merchandisers across Melbourne.

If you are someone with the following skills and experience, then this might be the next opportunity for you:

- An ability to work autonomously and a high level of self-motivation
- Adept relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- High learning agility and excellent time management skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in a similar capacity and managing the grocery/pharmacy channel
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred
- Previous Territory Management or Merchandising experience is desirable
- Previous IGA background highly regarded
- Ability to travel regionally with an unrestricted Australian Drivers License

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
