Key Responsibilities
• Proven success as a Field Sales OR BDM or Sales Manager with
at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, Field Sales, etc.
• Drive new SMB business leads through solution-based selling, focusing on
face-to-face meetings throughout the business week.
• End to end Sales cycle
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, working
with a diverse client base (retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, etc.).
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing
support and identifying up-selling opportunities.
• Deliver powerful presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of
our merchant services and the benefits we offer.
• Be extremely organised and set your week up from a Monday morning to ensure
to meet your monthly KPIs – This will provide success.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Proven experience in prospecting, field sales & lead generation.
- Strong objection handling skills with a knack for building rapport and trust
- with business owners.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of B2B direct sales experience OR Field based sales,
- with a focus on closing SME or larger deals.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and hunger for success.
