Manager, HR & Corporate Services required for an initial 3-month contract based in the CBD

**Your new company**

In this initial 3-month contract you will be working for the Corporate Operations Branch, who provide advice and support to the Agency (and other Branches) in relation to finance, human resources, governance, information technology, procurement, building/office management and other corporate services. This organisation provide valuable support to valuable support to individuals and families during their time of need.

**Your new role**

This role has overall responsibility for delivering the full range of HR services to support a high-performance work culture. These services include policy development, organisation & job design, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, payroll management, work health & safety, diversity & inclusion, employee relations and change management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of and experience in human resource management, preferably with exposure to public sector HR practices;
- Experience in leading a team in HR and/or corporate service delivery.
