Transformation Manager - HR transformation across NSW Government agency

**Your new company**

This leading NSW State Government organisation is currently seeking a HR Transformation Manager to join their organisation. You will be working across a large, complex high profile HR transformation impacting the entire organisation.

**Your new role**

As Transformation Manager you will focus on the business transformation for a wider HCM implementation. You will be responsible for the delivery of the design, development, and implementation of the business transformation for all people management services in scope of the program, from first point of contact to final delivery of advice and solutions, using a human-centered design approach. You will work closely with the Service Experience team to design and implement a new operating model. You will be confident in leaning in and engaging with executive business partners and stakeholders to support the Implementation of this critical program. This role has a heavy consultative requirement as working closely with vendors so consulting backgrounds are preferred.

- 12-month contract with the possibility of extension
- Up to $1100 plus super a day
- Working on a high priority, multi-faceted large-scale project
- WFH/ Everleigh location
