Your new role
- Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits;
- Identify, develop and deliver value added initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan;
- Continuously evaluate operational needs to support the resourcing requirements for the organisation;
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives coach, mentor and develop managers in enhancing their people management skills and identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures, and policies;
- Lead HR programs and projects including engagement survey, culture survey, performance management and learning and development.
- Create the annual learning and development program through the identification of team wide learning opportunities, as well as supporting specialist and individual professional development;
- Manage and maintain all HR related systems, including HRIS, performance management software and survey platform.
- Provide workforce strategic and operational guidance, advice and support to designated Leadership Team
- Be the first point of contact for grievances and employee policy and entitlements queries whilst also developing and maintaining a strong understand of relevant employment legislation, keeping up to date with any changes;
- Identify, develop, and manage regular surveys and assessments to assess company culture and staff engagement
