Your new company
Well established consultancy firm with over 50 staff based in Sydney is seeking experienced HR and Office Manager to join a small well established business in the CBD.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR, People & Culture, Recruitment and Onboarding as well as HR policies, ER and IR, performance reviews and performance management. In addition you will also take on office management responsibilities and assist with the processing of the business's payroll. You will work closely with the SLT and advise leaders and employees in all areas of HR advice. This is an autonomous position and will very varied with no two days the same.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist who has experienced outside of pure HR and enjoy office management and taking on other operational duties. Your core skills will be in HR and recruitment but must be open and happy to run the office for the business and get involved in other projects and tasks. Experienced of payroll would also be beneficial. You will thrive and enjoy working in smaller businesses and culture and understand being at the coalface of a company. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are also essential.
