Human Resources Coordinator/Junior HR Advisor - 3 month contract - Up to $40 per hour - Yagoona
**Your new company**
Your new organisation is the NSW head office of a very well known not for profit organisation, they are going through a restructure in their HR team and are looking for a Human Resources professional to join the team on an initial assignment of up to 3 months. The assignment may potentially extend or there may be potential for a permanent post to become available.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for providing support to senior HR BPs in the following areas:

- Acting as a first poc for employees
- Drafting of employment documentation
- Onboarding and Offboarding activities
- Maintaining employee files and managing data input into a new HR system
- Managing a systems implementation project with support from the HR team
- Providing support and advice to employees and line managers

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally:

- Hold a qualification in HR or a related area
- Have demonstrable experience in a HR role
- Experience with a systems implementation project would be a distinct advantage
- Be able to access the location in Western Sydney by car as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
