An HR Advisor job for a large multinational business, paying up to $120k base

**Your new role**
This role will be suitable for an experience HR Advisor (Junior HRBP level). Some of your new responsibilities will include:
- Being a trusted HR partner and advisor to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and policy interpretation.
- Providing coaching to senior leaders in the business around people matters.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and policies to support the business goals.
- Conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
**What you'll need to succeed**
A minimum of 5 years of local experience in Human Resources is a must for this role, as well as:
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR advice and influence at various organisational levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex situations
- High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
