**The Sime Darby Motors Group in Sydney owns and operates several prestige automotive dealerships, representing some of the world's most desirable automotive brands.**

Based in Parramatta, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional who has a genuine passion for the prestigious brands we represent. With growing marketing requirements, we require a passionate and committed Marketing Coordinator to help bring our events, campaigns and promotions to fruition.

**You will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Providing marketing support for the Marketing Manager and Group Retail Marketing Manager
- Coordinating all social media activity for all brands in line with campaigns, brand expectations, and approvals processes.
- Coordinating Aftersales & Service marketing activity.
- To assist in the composition and publication of various print media, communicative forms, and artwork delivery.
- Build, coordinate, and manage all eDM communications for the Dealership Group.
- To order, plan and setup all POS materials.
- Coordinate and execute events such as product launches, drive days, showroom displays and other events with the guidance of the marketing team
- Assist the Marketing Manager and attend promotional activities such as partnership events, showroom activations, influencer or ambassador activations
- Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business and Marketing (or similar)
- Proven experience in social media content management or a similar role (preferable within a retail environment).
- An understanding and appreciation for time management, process & procedure, and attention to detail, without compromising or losing sight of the overall objective.
- Holding effective communication skills, you promote your ability to negotiate and influence internal & external stakeholders to deliver optimal result
- Enjoy creative thinking and problem solving whilst working in a fast-paced environment
