**Sales & Operations Manager / Marketing Specialist**

About the Role

Gravotech, a global innovator in advanced engraving and marking solutions, invites you to join our team as a Sales & Operations Manager / Marketing Specialist with integrated supply chain responsibilities. This strategic role merges sales administration, operational oversight, and marketing acumen, driving our order management processes, enhancing our supply chain efficiency, and amplifying brand presence across multiple channels. Your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining operations and elevating client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

**Operations Management**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business or organization. Key responsibilities may include:

- Overseeing Operations: Manage the daily operations of the business, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational effectiveness and develop action plans for improvement.

**Sales & Purchase Administration**: Overall management of the cycle from orders to invoicing which mainly includes:

- Order Review & Management: To review in depth all incoming orders to validate specifications & issue prompt order acknowledgments.
- Procurement & Stock management: Plan procurements & efficient release of orders required for order bookings and align with supply chain forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Sales Invoicing: Oversee and accurately manage end-to-end sales invoicing and order processing workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Cross-functional Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to align order priorities, logístical strategies, and client requirements, optimizing each touchpoint within the sales cycle.
- Client Relations & Vendor Coordination: Facilitate vendor onboarding, manage documentation such as bank guarantees, and support clients through each stage of the sales process, providing clear and timely updates.
- Logistics & Equipment Coordination: Negotiate and Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless equipment delivery scheduling & address any operational concerns promptly.

**Supply Chain Management**:

- Logistics & Import-Export Oversight with team for smooth material inwards and outwards.
- Communication with CHA - Import & Export Clearance co-ordinations with CHAs and freight forwarders to manage material clearance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and on-time delivery for goods.

**Marketing Management**
- Strategic action plan for Lead generation for business development
- Brand promotion: Planning various actions required for brand building and management
- Events & Exhibitions: Organize or participate in events or exhibitions to promote brands and product awareness
- Market Analysis & Campaign Development: Collaborate on market research initiatives to refine target audience insights and inform campaign strategy. Design and execute marketing campaigns that highlight our unique value propositions.
- Content Development & Channel Management: Oversee the creation of marketing content for digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency with Gravotech’s brand voice and enhancing audience engagement.
- Sales-Market Synergy: Liaise between sales and marketing teams to foster alignment in strategies, optimize lead generation, and support overall business development.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Core Competencies**
- Strong administrative and operational expertise, encompassing process optimization, strategic reporting, and high-level written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Superior organizational and analytical abilities, with an agile, problem-solving approach to supply chain management and client support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory control, supply chain management, and logistics coordination.

**Educational & Experience Requirements**
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, Operations, Sales & Procurement administration ideally in a technical, B2B environment.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
